Artichoke Dip

Our cheesy artichoke dip is easy to make and is sure to be a warm and delicious hit!




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated; reserve 1/4 cup for top

  • 1 large can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped fine

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Mix all ingredients, top with reserved Parmesan and bake at 300° for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers. Optional: Add 2 cups fresh stemmed baby spinach before baking.
